The Pets’ Home provides clients and their pets with premium pet-care services. Different from standard kennels, The Pets’ Home dog boarding and daycare facility resembles a three-bedroom home where the guest (your pet) sleeps in a cozy bed and an attendant stays overnight on the premises as well. (Crates are available only upon request.)

The Experience

Located near Aurora in the heart of Oswego, our original, meticulously designed 5,000 sq. ft. boarding and daycare facility replicates the feeling of home for your dog.

Aiming well beyond the conventional kennel, it provides your pet with a secure and fun haven for as long as they are with us. It doesn’t matter if your beloved pet is a puppy, a senior or a dog with special needs – we can accommodate them all!

Upon entering our facility, guest pets from Aurora are welcomed where they can socialize, play and relax. The layout also includes communal areas for group activities as well as cozy corners for solitude.

Whether you’ll be away for an extended vacation or a simply a workday, your dog will benefit from our daycare’s same creature comforts. Daycare guests can enjoy our dog daycare for 4 to 8 hours. Dog boarding guests receive up to 8 hours of daycare at no additional cost.

Home-Like Ambiance

Trained staff members monitor the indoor and outdoor play areas to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet.

A new experience such as dog daycare can at first be overwhelming for dogs unfamiliar with the atmosphere, so we also make sure to go slow and help them get out of their fluffy shell. If needed, we will start with shorter play sessions and then increase to longer sessions.

Once the dogs are comfortable, they are separated by size and temperament. Special attention is given to making sure they’re with dogs they get along with. We love to see our guests become the best of friends!

A team member always sleeps overnight on the premises. Should a concern or emergency arise during the night, we are trained and prepared to respond.

Exercise further contributes to good canine health, so we make sure your best friend will be ready to relax at your feet after a play-packed day!

We track your pet’s progress and keep you informed through daily reports as well.

Getting Started

To begin providing your pet with lodging that cares, simply complete a profile for you and your dog(s) on our Gingr scheduling system. You’ll receive a link upon acceptance.

Please note that your pet must be current with the vaccines listed in the scheduling system. Please also bring any medication your dog needs to take during daycare hours (our trained staff will administer it).
